Club House on Malaya Bronnaya street

Address: Moscow, st. M. Bronnaya, 15

Degree of detail:

In this work, sophisticated model techniques are used, which allowed a high degree of detailing. Namely, 3D printing, followed by prototyping and duplication in silicone, 2D and 3D milling, laser cutting, UV printing, photo etching.

Details of the model have maximum authenticity. Especially for this project, decorative details of the façade (Capitals, ledges, friezes, volumetric decorative element above the entrance group) were made.

The rustum in the lower part of the building has a credible volume. The joint between the stones is shown in detail. It is made by milling, spraying and subsequent painting.

Also, we would like to draw attention to the glass fragment of the façade covering the interfloor spans of the stairs. It is made of thin polyacrylic and gives the full impression of facade glazing.

The project was implemented in stages. The moulds for complex parts were made and samples were cast. Also, using a 3D printer, individual parts were produced, which served as samples for further prototyping.

Beautification:

The adjoining territory is ennobled covering with decorative paving tiles. There is a fragment of asphalt surface. The entrance is framed by decorative vases with landscaping.

Backlighting:

In this project a system of interactive lighting was implemented, which gives the model an even greater effect.

The tablet is used to run a program that controls different lighting scenarios. It can be the lighting of a single fragment, or all programmed elements.

Illumination of windows in apartments, facades, entrance area, regulated by brightness and smoothness of ignition.

In general, the completed work fully reflects the architectural solution aimed at creating a respectable appearance of the building. Moderate decor, classic style, austere forms, all this will be appreciated by potential customers of the customer.
