Residential complex «Astris»

Degree of detail:

The model is highly detailed. The finest details of the façade have been worked out. Window glazing, double-glazed windows, brick texture, façade decor elements, all made with natural precision.

The façade was originally made of PVC, with subsequent painting. The glazing is made of transparent plastic.

Classically styled stucco elements, made of injection moulded plastic.

The rustication is also made volumetric, by means of engraving.

Beautification:

As the project involves a closed, protected surrounding area, the task was to display the effect of the landscaping.

Particular attention was paid to making flower beds at the front entrance. As beautiful flowerbeds and landscaping always work to enhance the positive perception of the viewer.

Also, the rooftop seating areas have been carefully designed.  The presence of such areas is always liked by home buyers and is a highlight of the project.

Therefore, figures of resting residents, of different ages, were made. Sun loungers and decorative flowerpots are arranged. The covering is made of engraved plastic, which conveys the texture of a terrace board. All this creates a pleasant atmosphere and creates a desire in the buyer to have the opportunity of such recreation.

Lighting:

In this work, interactive illumination technology has been applied. Several lighting scenarios have been developed, with the ability to control them.

There is apartment lighting, as well as, lighting of the adjoining territory.

The design incorporates evening architectural lighting for the façade, in particular the columns above the portico and the pilasters on the side façades. This enhances the building at night and emphasises its austere, harmonious forms.

As a result of the work, we can say that the resulting model fully reflects the architects' thought and presents it to the viewer in the most advantageous way.
